Mary Ellen SKAIN and Stephen BUTLER had at least seven children: Rachel BUTLER, 4th quarter 1886 Chorlton 8c 8[56]6 Alice BUTLER, born 24th December, 1888* Ethel BUTLER, 1st quarter 1891 Chorlton 8c 903 Stephen BUTLER, 4th quarter 1892 Chorlton 8c 951 Albert BUTLER, 2nd quarter 1895 Chorlton 8c 938 Walter BUTLER, 2nd quarter 1897 Chorlton 8c 907 Marian BUTLER, 1st quarter 1901 Salford 54 She can be found in the 1871, 1881, 1891, and 1901 censuses. Mary Ellen BUTLER [nee SKAIN] died 27th March, 1938*. *Have certificate Mary Ellen SKAIN is my great grandmother.
